- Touchscreen (Mobile & Tablet): Tap and hold anywhere on the screen until green, release to start timing.

2. WCA Official 15-Second Inspection
Under World Cube Association (WCA) Article A3, competitors receive 15 seconds to inspect the puzzle before starting the timer. JrTimer features voice alerts at 8 seconds ("8 seconds") and 12 seconds ("12 seconds"), plus automatic +2 and DNF penalty assessment if inspection exceeds 15 or 17 seconds.
3. Stackmat Timer Microphone Setup
JrTimer connects directly to Speed Stacks Stackmat Gen3, Gen4, and Gen5 timers via 3.5mm audio cable to your microphone input port. Enable "Stackmat Timer" in Settings to automatically decode high-frequency audio signals into millisecond-accurate solve times.
